How to Complete the level?
To complete the level one has to use their authorities to help the subordinates and excellently do the R&A (Responsibility & Accountability) consistently for 30 days.

As a member of the level the authorities are given,
1. To Encourage your teammates to be active in the training.
2. To Question your teammates if they are not doing his/her R & A
3. To Impose your teammate to do double of the R & A given if they did not complete on the given time.
4. To Participate in the Fellowship Meeting.

R&A - LEVEL "TESTIMONY''
1. PRAISE & PRAYER
- Pray and post 1 minute in the group chat.
- Post audio testimony of salvation daily before 10:00 PM
- Audio must be 3 minutes of minimum and 5 minutes of maximum
3. PAPER & JESUS + BIBLE & ME
- Read the given chapter with care.
- Underline your favorite verses.
- Write and Post any 2 verses from the given portion of scripture in Tamil and English
- Also write down one of your favorite verses in Tamil or English or both

4. DEVOTION MEETING.
- Prayerfully Prepare for 15 minutes of bible devotion.
- A day will be allotted for you to present your devotion in the fellowship meeting.
- End the meeting with a blessing.
- The writing can be any topic from any portion of scripture.
- 4 page of content is well and good
- Tamil/English. The essay should be hand written
- Submit before the end of one week from the complition of the 30 days.
